摘要
文章通过对山东省医疗机构服务量及效率分析 ,结果表明 :医疗服务量继续下降 ,各级各类医疗机构医疗服务量不均衡 ;医疗服务效率不高 ,病床使用率下降 ,住院者平均住院日缩短 ,但仍高于发达国家 ;每一医生每天担负的诊疗人次和住院床日较低。说明了卫生资源配置规模、结构不合理 ;医疗服务利用不足 ,床位闲置 ,人浮于事 ,服务效率低下。结合实际 。
A provincial survey of medical service workload and efficiency was conducted indicating a gradual declination of medical workload and bed utilization rate;a gradually shortening average hospital stay, which is, however, still higher than that in developed countries, reflecting deeply the inappropriate structure and distribution of medical service resources, the low utilization and efficiency of services. Constructive suggestions are made for solving these problems.
