摘要
L(-)-苏式-对甲砜基苯基丝氨酸乙酯(2)通过碱水解、酸化得游离酸(6),加硫酸铜、氨水碱化并在45～50℃加热30h,消旋生成 DL-苏式-对甲砜基苯基丝氨酸铜盐(3)而无任何赤式异构体生成。同时探讨了消旋过程的机理。
L(-)-threo-p-methylsulfonylphenylserine ethyl ester(2)was hy-drolyzed in aqueous NaOH,and the obtained mixture was racemized to formDL-threo-p-methylsulfonylphenylserine copper complex(3)free from any erythro-isomers acidification with HCl,after addition of CuSO_4,alkalization with NH_4OHand heating at 45～50℃ for 30h.The mechanism of the above processes was discussed.
