摘要
对医学伦理学教材讲的三条医德评价标准:①有利于疾病的治疗和健康的恢复;②有利于医学科学的进步和发展;③有利于人类生存环境的改善,提出修正,特别是对其中第②条'有利于医学科学的发展持不同看法。提出新的三条评价标准:第一,医学及其有关行为必须有利于患者疾病的治疗和健康的恢复;第二,医学及其有关行为必须有利于整个社会群体健康水平的提高;第三,医学及其有关行为必须有利于改善和优化人类的生存环境。
Some ideas on the evaluation criterion of medical ethics have been broadly accepted for many years stated as follows: 1)it should be favourable to the treatment of diseases and recovery of the health; 2)it should be favourable to the advancement and development of medical sciences; and 3)it should be favourable to the improvement of environment for human existense. By criticzing these criteria, the author presented some new approaches on this issue based on a philosophical analysis. The author firstly pointed out that Item 2 could not be a criterion for medical ethics, otherwise it would lead to deviation from the original intention of benefiting the people. The author also discussed the possibility to make these criteria according to different medical models, especially to the large ecological—medical model' as presented by this authorpreviouslypr eviously.
