摘要
据统计,我国目前有各种先天畸形和智力低下者约1000万。其中,先天愚型者约300万,智力低下者500万,是影响我国人口素质的重要因素。本文以智力严重低下患者结婚生子造成的悲剧为例,论证智力严重低下患者生育后代给家庭和社会带来的只是痛苦和负担。残酷的遗传异常可导致后代的智力低下,即使遗传基因正常的智力严重低下者所生后代,由于其恶劣家庭环境,小儿早期得不到教育亦会导致智力低下。笔者认为:保证中华民族的后代个个都健康、聪明,对智力严重低下者实行生育限制和控制势在必行,符合中华民族的伦理道德。
Basing on the back ground where the tragedies happened in mentally handicapped families, the author further expounded that the mentally handicapped sufferers' marriage and fertilization contributed to society and his fumily nothing but agony and burden. Thus to exert sterilization on them must be a plan, which conform Chinese traditional ethic principle.
