摘要
目的 :破坏肾淋巴循环对犬自体移植肾组织学的影响 .方法 :成年健康家犬 17只 ,体质量 12～ 2 1kg ,2只用于预实验 ,15只用于实验 ,术后均健康成活 ,并按期取材检查 ,分别于术后 8,12 ,2 1d处死 ,观察移植肾 (左肾 )和对照肾(右肾 )的大体情况 ,并从移植肾和对照肾的皮质和髓质分别切取标本 ,用 4 0 g·L-1甲醛固定 ,石蜡包埋切片 ,HE染色 ;电镜标本用戊二醛和锇酸双固定 ,Epon812包埋 ,超薄切片 ,铅铀双重染色 ,H 5 0 0透射电镜观察 .结果 :移植肾周围组织广泛水肿、粘连 ,随着术后时间的延长水肿减轻而粘连加重 ;吻合血管及输尿管通畅 ,无吻合口狭窄及肾盂、输尿管积水 ,约2 1d消失 .8d起移植肾肾皮质内还偶见脂肪变性、少量蛋白和细胞管型 ,极少数肾小球萎缩 ,少部分肾小球呈代偿性肥大 .电镜下对照肾和移植肾肾小球结构基本无异常 ,均可见近曲小管上皮细胞肿胀、表面微绒毛排列紊乱、胞质内空泡增多、线粒体嵴模糊、溶酶体明显增多 ,远曲小管与集合管可见部分细胞坏死 ,于 12d开始逐渐减轻 .结论
AIM: To investigate the influence of lymphokinesis on histology of autotransplanted kidney. METHODS: 15 raised dogs were divided into two groups. All their left kidneys were removed and transplanted in left iliac fossas. All lymphatic vessels around transplanted kidney were ligated, while the controlled kidney was only done with freeing. After 8, 12, 21 days the dogs were killed, and the changes of histology of kidney were observed. RESULTS: Under naked eyes, there was no difference in size, color and quality between the two groups. Under light microscopy, hydropic degeneration of epithelium cell in cortical tubule in renal cortex and a little protein and cell casts in medulla were seldom found in the controlled kidney. The transplanted kidney still had atrophy of a few glomerulus, compensable hypertrophy, light fibrinoid in mesenchyma of collecting tubuli and rare fatty degeneration in cortex. Under electron microscopy, no obvious changes were found in the glomerulus of transplanted kidney and controlled kidney. In the proximal tubule of transplanted kidney, epithelium cell swelled, microvillus arrangement was in disorder, vacuoles of cytoplasm increased, mitochondrion was obscure, lysosome increased, and parts of epithelium cells necrosed in the distal tubule and the collecting tubule. CONCLUSION: There are no obvious influences on histology of autotransplanted kidney by destroying their lymphatic circulation.
