摘要
目的:检测FasL在大肠腺瘤、大肠癌及其肝转移中的表达,并分析FasL表达与临床病理特征间的关系。方法:应用免疫组化法检测83例大肠癌,20例大肠腺瘤,15例大肠癌肝转移中FasL的表达,表达结果与大肠癌病理特征、浸润深度和临床分期进行分析。结果:FasL表达在大肠癌中出现上调,与Dukes’分期,淋巴结和肝转移有关。大肠癌肝转移中全部表达FasL。结论:FasL表达的上调提示其在大肠癌发生,发展和转移中起重要作用。
Objective:To investigate the expression of Fas ligand in colon adenoma,col-orectal cancer and liver metasetase,and determine the relationship between FasL expression and tumor biological behaviors.Methods:FasL expression was detected by using immunohistochemical method.The staining characteristics were compared with degree of differentiation,serosal invasion and Duke's stage.Results:FasL expression upregulate in colorectal cancer,significant linear re-la tionship was found between FasL expression and Duke's stage,lymph node and liver metastases.All liver metastases express FasL.Conclusion:FasL expression upregulate in colorectal cancer,in dicate the importance of FasL in the pathogenesis and progression of tumor cells.
