摘要
应用免疫组化法检测了30例结肠腺癌与10例结肠腺瘤病例的Fas,FasL蛋白表达。结果显示:结肠癌与腺瘤Fas的阳性表达率差异无显著性(P>0.05),但腺癌组FasL的阳性表达率显著高于腺瘤组。结肠癌组Fas与FasL表达之间,两者同时表达阳性率26.67%;Fas阴性、FasL阳性率为20%。同时表达阴性率30%。Fas阳性、FasL阴性率为23.33%。结肠癌Fas,FasL的阳性表达与其组织学分级、临床分期及淋巴结转移之间无相关关系。提示结肠癌细胞表达Fas或(和)FasL是逃避机体免疫作用的肿瘤生物学特征。
The expressions of Fas/FasL proteins were studied in 10 cases of colon adenoma and 30 colon carcinomas with immunohistochemistry. There was no significant difference between colon adenomas and carcinomas in Fas positive rate (P>0.05). But the positive rate of FasL in colon carcinomas was higher than that in adenomas (P<0.05).These existed multiple and complex relations in the expressions of Fas/FasL.There was no corresponding relationship between positive rates of Fas/FasL in colon carcinoma and its histologic grade,clinic stage and metastases in lymph nodes.The results suggest that the expressions of Fas/FasL in colon carcinoma belong to the neoplasm biologic property,that is,the escape of tumor cells from body immune function.
