摘要
针对循环流化床锅炉飞灰含碳量较高造成燃烧效率下降的问题,介绍在循环流化床锅炉上正逐步推广应用的飞灰再循环技术。循环流化床锅炉的飞灰再循环系统可降低飞灰含碳量并提高石灰石利用率。经在410t/h循环流化床锅炉上应用证明该技术成熟可靠,在环保政策的推动下将会创造显著的社会效益和较好的经济效益。
The carbon content in fly ash of circulating fluidized bed combustion (CFBC) boiler is comparatively high, resulting in drop in combustion efficiency. This paper briefs the fly ash recirenlation technology popularized and applied in CFBC boiler, which can reduce the carbon content in fly ash and raise the utilization ratio of limestone. The application of this technology in 410 t/h CFBC boiler proves that this technology is mature and reliable, can bring about significant social benefit and better economic benefit under the promotion of environment protection policy.
