摘要
分析了我国大部分循环流化床(CFB)锅炉SO2排放不达标的主要原因,研究了石灰石的脱硫活性,通过对CFB锅炉脱硫系统改造和炉内脱硫试验研究,结果表明,在入炉煤含硫量为2.00%、低位发热量为22.775M J/kg的条件下,SO2排放浓度161.4 mg/m3,脱硫效率96.7%,二氧化硫排放能够满足国家和地方的排放要求。
The reasons for excessive SO2 emissions of CFB boilers in China were analyzed, the desulfurization characteristics of limestone were researched and desulfurization system of CFB boilers was modified. The results showed that under the conditions of sulphur content 2.00% and low heat output 22. 775 MJ/kg, the desulfurization efficiency was 96.7% and SO2emission concentration was 161.4 mg/m^3, which can meet the national and local SO2 emission requirements.
