摘要
观察6例儿童小脑齿状核及其周围髓质血供。齿状核动脉可分齿状核内动脉和齿状核外动脉。齿状核动脉在髓质内分支很少,在核周分支增多。齿状核动脉分支间互相吻合成血管网,形成密集的血管丛,丛的形态与齿状核外观相一致。齿状核微血管密度为1355.03±222.1mm/mm^3,血管网密度为664.20±87个/mm^2。核周髓质内微血管密度为164.20±42.85mm/mm^3,血管网密度为59.23±6.69个/mm^2。本文讨论了齿状核血管形态与小脑出血的关系。
The microvaseulature of the cerebellar dentate nuclei and medullae around the nuclei was researched on 6 brains of chidren. The arteries of the dentate nuclei (DN)were classified into two kinds: internal and external artreies. Every artery ef the DN gave off a few branches in medulla, and gave off many ones around the nucleus. The branches anastomesed each other to form vessel networks and dense plexus. The shape of the plexus was correspondent with the shape of the DN. The density of the microvessels and the networks in the DN were 1355.03±222.11mm/mm^3 and 664.20±87.60/mm^2 respectively, while in the medullae around the nuclei, the density of the microvessels and the networks were 164.20±42.85mm/mm^3 and 59.23±6.69/mm^2. The relationship between the shape of the vessels of the DN and hemcrihage in cerebellum is disctssed in the paper.
