摘要
探讨细菌内毒素的部分生理作用。通过给小鼠CCl4 和水浸应激法及氢化可的松分别造成小鼠肝损伤、胃溃疡及免疫功能低下模型 ,在模型基础上口服给予小鼠细菌内毒素 ,观察模型小鼠的死亡率。
Some of the bioactivities of the endotoxin were studied. The models used were established in mice as following: the hepatic injury was induced by carbon tetrachloride, the ulcer was induced by the stress of water immersion, and the hypoimmunity was induced by hydrocortisone. The death rate was analyzed after PO administered endotoxin in each model.
