摘要
奥贝球铁材料的弹性模量比钢小,因而奥贝球铁齿轮工作时受到的表面接触应力比钢齿轮小。奥贝球铁材料的接触疲劳应力可达1 426 MPa以上,高于280 hp柴油机齿轮的接触应力,因此用奥贝球铁代替调质氮化钢生产280 hp柴油机齿轮是完全可能的。
The elasticity module of ADI is lower than that of steels, so that the surface contact stress borne by ADI gears during working process would be lower than steels. The contact fatigue stress of ADI can be higher than 1426 MPa that is higher than the contact stress of gears of 280 hp diesel en-gines. Therefore, it is completely pos餴ble to use ADI as a substitute for quenched and tempered plus nitrided steels to produce the gears of 280 hp diesel engines.
