Experiment of austempered ductile iron alloyed with low additions

摘要采用合理的工艺措施 ,可大大降低铜 (Cu)、镍 (Ni)合金加入量 ,适当放宽锰 (Mn)含量的限制 ,得到性能优异。 Austempered ductile iron with low additions of alloy and containing about 0.4% Mn was studied in this paper .The results show that ADI with steady and superior synthetic mechanical properties can be obtained if the rational processes were adopted.
