iv 檞皮素磷酸酯钾(potassium quercetin phosphate,简称 PQP)20mg/kg 能增加猫的冠脉流量,对血压、心率及心肌耗氧量均无显著影响。小鼠 ipPQP 200mg/kg 能显著增加心肌营养性血流,但对小鼠心肌耐缺氧时间无明显影响。小鼠 ivPQP 的 LD_(50)为238.5±26.5mg/kg。
The effects of potassium quercetin phosphate(PQP)on the coronary blood flow and myocardial oxygen consumption were studied in 8 anesthetizedopen-chest cats.The results showed that coronaryblood flow was markedly increased(P<0.05),but did not singificantly influence the heart rate,blood pressure and myocardial oxygen consump-tion after iv PQP 20 mg/kg.We also observed theeffects of PQP on the nutritional myocardial bloodflow by iv ^(99m)Tc-MIBI and the resistance of hy-poxia after SC isoprenaline in mice.Intravenousadministration of 200mg/kg PQP was able to in-crease markedly the nutritional myocardial bloodflow(P<0.01),but the resistance of hypoxia wasnot influenced.The results suggest that PQP is ofvalue as an antimyocardial ischemia agent.
