摘要
本文就影响扑热息痛片溶出度的诸因素进行初步探讨。实验结果表明,采用高粘度的粘合剂不利于药物溶出。通过对扑热息痛物料进行粉碎性处理,加入适当崩解剂有利于药物溶出。低取代羟丙基纤维素,十二烷基硫酸钠可显著提高扑热息痛片的药物溶出效果。
Factors affecting dissolution of acetaminophentablet were studied.The results indicated thatstrong adhesives are not favourable to dissolution ofthe drug,but grinding of acetaminophen and addingsome disintegrants such as LS-hydroxypropyl cellu-cose,HPC,sodium dodecyl sulphate can greatly im-prove the effect of dissolution.
