摘要
采用不同处方工艺制备了9种岩白菜素硬胶囊剂,进行了崩解度和溶出度研究,结果表明处方中加入亲水性辅料粉末能够改善制剂的崩解度及药物的溶出度,T_(50),T_d,T_(90)等参数为单纯药粉的1/2。胶囊中填充颗粒比填充粉末作用更显著,各溶出度参数为单纯药粉的1/7.5～1/15。
Nine kinds of bergenin capsules were de-signed and prepared.Disintegration times anddissolution rates were measured respectively.Theeffect of adjuvants and preparation methods onthe dissolution and disintegration of bergenincapsules was studied.The results showed that hy-drophobic drugs can be made more hydrophilicby milling them with hydrophilic adjuvants.Drug release of the capsules filled with granulesis better than that of the capsules filled withpowder mixtrues.
