摘要
目的 :观察中西医结合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床效果。方法 :82例确诊为糖尿病周围神经病变患者分为两组 ,对照组给予肌注维生素B1、维生素B12 注射液 ,治疗组在此基础上加服中药。结果 :治疗组 4 2例中 35例显效 ,7例有效 ,无效 0例 ,总有效率为 10 0 % ;对照组 4 0例中显效 2 1例 ,有效 14例 ,无效5例 ,总有效率 87%。结论 :治疗组与对照组总有效率比较有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 )。
Objective: To evaluate clinical effect of Chinese-Western method on diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Method: 82 cases of diabetic neuropathy were divided into two groups:control group of 40 cases were treated with vitamin B 1 and B 12 injected;treatment group of 42 cases were treated with traditional Chinese medione and vitamin B 1 and B 12 . Result: In 42 cases of treatment group,35 cases were remarkably effective,7 effective and 0 ineffective.The total effective rate of treatment group was 100%.In 40 cases of control group,21 cases were remarkably effective,14 effective and 5 ineffective.The total effective rate was 87%. Conclusion:The total effective rate in treatment group is significantly difference from that in control group (P<0.05) .
