摘要
目的 评价丁咯地尔、爱维治联合应用对糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。方法 60例糖尿病病人随机分组对照观察。治疗组 40例给予静点丁咯地尔、爱维治 ,对照组 2 0例给予肌注维生素B1 、维生素B1 2 。结果 治疗组总有效率为 97 5 % ,神经传导速度的有效率也有明显提高 (P <0 0 5)。结论 丁咯地尔。
Objective To evaluate the curative effect of buflomedil combined with actovegin on diabetic plemononeuropathy.Methods Sixty patients with diabetes mellitus were divided at random into the therapeutic group(n=40) and the control group(n=20).The former were given buflomedil and actovegin intravenously.The latter were given musele injection with vitaminB 1,vitaminB 12 .Results The effective rate in the therapeutic group was 97.5%,the rate of nerve conduction was significantly increased(P<0.05).Conclusion Buflomedil combined with actovegin is effective on diabetic plemononeuropathy.
