摘要
本文采用反相 HPLC 法,以对乙酰氨基酚为内标,同时测定氯霉素制剂中氯霉素和氨基物的含量。氯霉素和氨基物的平均回收率分别为100.12%(CV=0.93%)和99.49%(CV=0.87%)。该法可用于各类氯霉素制剂的分析,制剂中的一些附加剂(如滴眼剂中的尼泊金类)不干扰测定。方法简便、准确、精密、专一、灵敏。
A simultaneous RP-HPLC method for the de-termination of chloramphenicol(Ⅰ)and a majordegradation product(Ⅱ)in pharmaceutical prepara-tions was developed.p-Acetamidophenol was used asinternal standard.Recovery for Ⅰ and Ⅱ was100.12% and 99.49%,respectively,and the cor-responding coefficient of variation was 0.93% and0.87%.Excipients such as nipagin did not interferethe determination.The method is simple,accurate,specific and sensitive.
