摘要
用高效液相色谱法测定氯氮平血药浓度,最低测定浓度为5ng/ml,绝对回收率为93.1±3.6%,对28例精神病人的测定表明,常规剂量200～400mg/d 给药,血药浓度的个体差异较大,多数病人的血药浓度在200～700ng/ml 内波动,给药剂量与血药浓度呈正相关 r=0.5769(P<0.01)。
Clozepine in serum was extracted out and de-termined by HPLC method in 28 patients.The re-sults of determination showed that the variabilityof serum concentration was larger and the drugAUC of woman was higher than that of man.Pa-tient's serum concentrations varied between 200～700 ng/ml with clinical dosage 200～400 mg/d.There was a positive relationship between theserum concentration and dosage(P<0.01).
