摘要
用电磁流量计及输尿管集尿法研究川芎嗪(Lig)对兔肾血流量(RBF)的影响及利尿作用,并与多巴胺(DA)作比较。Lig5 .10mg·kg^(-1)iv显著增加RBF,其作用随药物剂量提高而延长。1,5,10mg·kg^(-1)iv后5min,均有明显利尿作用,其中以10mg·kg^(-1)尤为显著,但此组动物在以后的观察期内尿量逐渐减少,至25,30min时减少非常显著。DA6μg·kg^(-1)·min^(-1)短暂增加RBF(P<0.05),当剂量增至12,24μg·kg^(-1)·min^(-1)时,RBF均显著下降(P<0.05或0.01)。利尿作用在6,12,24μg·kg^(-1)·min—时非常明显,且维持时间较Ljg为长,但DA剂量大于6μg·kg^(-1)·min^(-1)时利尿效果则随剂量的增加而减弱。结果表明;Lig显著增加兔RBF并具一定的利尿作用,其利尿效果不及DA。
The electromagnetic flowmeter and convergent urine from ureter were used to study the action of Ligustrazine (Lig. ) on renal blood flow (RBF) and diuresis in rabbits as compared with dopamine (DA). Lig in doses of 5. 10mg · kg-1 notably increased the RBF (P<0. 05). The duration of action was dose-dependent. 1.5. 10mg · kg-1 iv of Lig. had diuretic effect, which was extraordinarily marked with 10mg · kg-1 in 5min, but urine flow in this group significantly reduced at 25. 30min (P<0. 01) . 6μg · kg-1 · min-1 of dopamine transiently increased RBF in 3min (P<0. 05). When the doses were increased to 12, 24μg · kg-1 · min-1 . its effect on RBF decreased significantly (P<0. 05~0. 01) , whereas the diuretic effect had a consistent and significant increase, and the action lasted longer than Lig. With the dosage of DA. larger than 6ng · kg-1 · min-1 the diuretic effects reduced. We conclude that Lig. increase RBF and urine flow, but its diuretic action is weaker than DA.
