本工作在人工生物膜——脂质体上观察牛磺酸对Ca^(2+)与脂质体结合作用的影响。结果发现,牛磺酸对Ca^(2+)与脂质体结合的影响取决于Ca^(2+)浓度,在低Ca^(2+)浓度(2μmol·L^(-1))时,显著促进Ca^(2+)与脂质体的结合,在高Ca^(2+)浓度(2mmol·L^(-1))时,对其结合则无明显影响。牛磺酸的上述作用在高钾缓冲液中更强,而在高钠、高镁缓冲液中较弱。本工作还观察到膜脂质过氧化后与Ca^(2+)结合力显著增强,牛碘酸能有效地降低其结合。实验结果提示,牛碘酸可能通过影响膜的微环境(磷脂双层分子)调节Ca^(2+)与膜的相互作用,参与细胞Ca^(2+)稳态的调节。
The effects of taurine on the binding of Ca2+ with liposome was observed. It was found that the effect of taurine on the Ca2+ - binding with liposome depended on Ca2+ concentration. Under low Ca2+ concentration (2μmol · L-1) taurine significantly promoted the binging of Ca2+ with liposome, while under high Ca2+ concentraton (2mmol · L-1) it has no significant effect on the binding of Ca2+ with liposome. The above effect of taurine is intensified by high K+ concentration and weakened by high Na2+concentration. It is also observed that the significant binding of Ca2+ with liposome after per-oxidation is effectively lowered by taurine. The results suggest that taurine participated in the regulation of cellular Ca2+ homeostasis through it's action on the membrane microenviroment (phospholipid bilayer) thus controlling the interaction of Ca2+ with membrane.
