摘要
探讨了获得钻削碳纤维复合材料高质量孔的两个关键因素:保持钻头切削刃的良好锋利性和采用高的钻削速度。指出了采用厚膜CVD金刚石钻头进行高速钻削加工是获得高质量孔的良好方法。
Two key factors for drilling high quality holes of carbon fibre reinforced plastics, which are to keep the fine sharpness of the cutting lip of the drill and to use high drilling speed are discussed. It is pointed out that the high speed drilling by using the thick film CVD diamond drill is a good method to get high quality holes.
