摘要
目的 :优选替硝唑注射液的工艺。方法 :通过比较两个试验。结果 :有四个因素会影响生产过程中的产品质量 ,它们是 :活性炭的用量、初配替硝唑注射液的pH值、初配替硝唑注射液的浓度和脱炭的温度。结论 :通过比较两个试验可以对替硝唑注射液的工艺进行优选 ,方法简单可靠。
Objective: To select the technological procedures which are s up erior for production of tinidazole injection Methods: By compari ng the results listed in testⅠ and testⅡ, the factors, which seriously impair the product quality, were sought out and thereby the superior technological proc edures could be eventually set up Results: Four factors:charcoal -added amount, pH of originally prepared tinidazole solution, concentration of originally prepared tinidazole solution, and de-charcoal temperature, which int erfere with the product quality, were ultimately sought out Conclusion: Comparing the results listed in test Ⅰ and test Ⅱto optimize the te chnological procedures for production of tinidazole injection is a simple and re liable method
