摘要
依据化学动力学原理,采用经典恒温法进行头孢氨苄口服干混悬剂化学稳定性加速试验,预测该混悬剂室温贮存有效期t_(0.9)的95%置信区间为2.15~3.41年。
A new formulation of cephalexin oral suspension (COS)was developed. In order to predict the stability of COS, the kinetics of the degradation of COS was studied by the classical isothermal method. The first order kinetics model may be used to describe the degradation process of COS. The activation energy of COS was 18. 1 Kcal · tool-1. The 95% confidence interval for the shelflife (t_(0.9)) of COS was 2.15~3.41 years.
