摘要
贝母为百合科(Liliaceae)贝母属(Fritillaria)多种植物的鳞茎,为传统中药,具有清热化痰,润肺止咳等功效,用于肺热咳嗽,胸闷痰粘等症。贝母中已分离出多种甾体生物碱、甾醇及二萜等成分。
Three alkaloids: verticine, verticinone, and ebeiedine in addition to a diterpene ent-kauran-16β, 17-diol, isolated from the Chinese drug Beimu consisting of the bulbs of some species of the genus Fritillaria, were tested for antimicrobial activity against four bacteria. The weak antimierobial effects of the four compounds could be observed.
