摘要
目的:对损伤后大鼠背根节的初级神经元产生的阈下膜电位振荡进行分析,确定阈下膜电位振荡是否具有非线性动力学特征。方法:采用相空间重构的方法进行非线性分析,利用平均互信息的第一个最小值确定相空间重构的延时时间,伪邻近点确定嵌入维数,Lya-punov指数确定非线性特征的存在。结果:平均互信息的第一个最小值为1;在分别取τ=1,2,3时,相空间重构图没有明显的差异,均表现出很好的吸引子;在m>2时,伪邻近点接近0,达到了一个最小值;Lyapunovindex=±0.43±0.01。结论:阈下膜电位振荡存在确定性的动力学特征,是一种低维(m<4)的混沌信号。
AIM:To analyze the subthreshold oscillation of injured rat dorsal root ganglion neurons by using nonlinear dynamic methods so as to confirm whether there is nonlinear dynamic characteristics in subthreshold oscillation. METHODS:The method of phase space reconstruction was used for the analysis of nonlinear properties.The value of the first minimum of average mutual information was used to determine whether an appropriate time delay for the chaotic process could be extracted.The method of false nearest neighbors was used to determine appropriate embedding dimension.The Lyapunov index was used to determine the existence of nonlinear dynamic properties. RESULTS:The value of the first minimum of average mutual information was 1. Attractor could be reconstructed well when τ=1,2,3,respectively.False nearest neighbors were near to zero when m >2.Lyapunov index= ±0.43±0.01. CONCLUSION:Subthreshold oscillation is nonlinear dynamic process and supports low dimensional chaotic dynamics(m< 4).
