帕金森病苍白球神经元放电的非线性特征 被引量:6

摘要 目的:研究帕金森病患者苍白球各部位神经元放电峰峰间期时间序列的非线性动力学特征,从非线性动力学角度讨论苍白球各部分在帕金森病发病机制中的作用。方法:选择2004-03/08在解放军第四军医大学唐都医院神经外科住院的帕金森病患者19例,行内侧苍白球腹后部毁损术,手术过程中应用微电极记录沿途苍白球外侧部和内侧部神经元单细胞放电信号,建立峰间期时间序列,分别计算其相关维数及最大Lyapunov指数,分析其差异。结果:苍白球外侧部是相关维数5.5~6.4维的复杂动力学系统,而苍白球内侧部为3.7~4.6维。苍白球外侧部的最大Lyapunov指数为0.36~0.45,苍白球内侧部为0.25~0.32。苍白球内侧部及外侧部神经元峰间期时间序列的最大Lyapunov指数均为正值。苍白球内侧部神经元峰间期时间序列的相关维数(4.18±0.32)及最大Lyapunov指数(0.29±0.02)均低于苍白球外侧部神经元(分别为6.03±0.31和0.41±0.03),差异有显著性意义(t=2.47,3.22;P均<0.01)。结论:帕金森病苍白球内侧部及外侧部电活动均具有混沌特性,但与苍白球外侧部相比,苍白球内侧部自由度更低,说明苍白球内侧部较外侧部提供更多的帕金森病病理情况下的电生理活动信息,也间接证明了帕金森病内侧苍白球存在神经元同步化放电的可能性。 AIM:To study the nonlinear dynamical characters of interspike intervals of neuronal discharge in different parts of globus pallidus in patients with Parkinson disease,and study the role of different parts of globus pallidus in the pathogenesis of Parkinson disease on the basis of nonlinear dynamics.METHODS:A total of 19 patients with Parkinson disease treated in the Department of Neurosurgery,Tangdu Hospital of Fourth Military Medical University of Chinese PLA,from March to August 2004 received posteroventral pallidotomy.An improved Grassberger Procaccia algorithm was used to compute the correlation dimensions of interspike intervals in internal and external segment of globus pallidus,which were obtained during posteroventral Pallidotomy.Analysis was also performed to calculate the largest Lyapunov exponents of globus pallidus.The results were compared with t test.RESULTS:It was found that external segment of globus pallidus was a (5.5- 6.4) dimensional complex dynamic system,while internal segment was(3.7- 4.6) dimensional.External segment of globus pallidus had the largest Lyapunov exponents of(0.36- 0.45) and the largest Lyapunov exponents of internal segment was about (0.25- 0.32),and besides,both of them were positive numbers.The largest correlation dimension(4.18± 0.32) and Lyapunov exponents(0.29± 0.02) of internal segment of globus pallidus were significantly lower as compared with those of external segment(6.03± 0.31,0.41± 0.03),and there was significant difference(t=2.47,3.22,PCONCLUSION:The results demonstrate that the interspike intervals of globus pallidus in Parkinson disease are chaotic.But the internal segment of globus pallidus has a lower degree of freedom as compared with external segment,which indicates that the internal segment can provide more information about electrophysiological activities,and also demonstrate that neurons of internal segment of globus pallidus in Parkinson disease may discharge synchronously.
