摘要
本文简述了建国以来医药事业取得的巨大成就和新药开发由仿制变创制的迫切性。并根据我国研究经费不足、技术落后的现实,提出了开发研究新药的策略。在新药研究的思路方面,文章结合国际新药研究趋势,认为必须扬长避短,发挥我国的优势,从中药成份结构研究入手;从剂型改革等方面入手创制我国自己的专利新产品和新工艺。
Great sucesses in pharmaceutical industry have been achieved since the founding of our People's Republic,however, it is urgent to transform the imitating pattern into the creating one in developing new drugs. On the basis of the reality in China, inadequate research funds and less developed technic, we propose the tactics of developing new drugs. In the light of general trend of developing new drugs in the world, giving full play to our superiority, we should start with the research work on the Compositions of herb medicine and improve the drug form to creat our own patent products and new technological process.
