摘要
本文阐述了祖国医药学宝库的绚丽奇葩——传统方剂在中华传统医药学的地位,其为中医“治法”的具体体现,是历代医药学家反复实践的结晶。现代中药古方研究已取得丰硕成果,已开发出一批水平较高的中药新产品,为进一步创制中药新药奠定了基础。实践证明,古方研究是新药开发的有效途径之一。面对当前医药竞争实为创制新药能力竞争势态,面对药品专利即将实施的机遇与挑战,本文笔者结合切身体会提出4条具体建议,以供中药新药开发参考。
This article presents the place of traditional prescriptions in traditional Chinese medieine(TCM) ,which are the fruits of practise achieved by medical workers in past dynasties, reflecting the' therapeutic methods' of TCM. Great successes have been scored in research work on ancient traditional Chinese medicinal formulae and new drugs with high quality developed recently. Thus a foundation for further development has been laid. Practise shows that research of ancient prescriptions is an effective way to develop new drugs. Facing the competition in developing new drugs and the fact that patent for drug manufacture will be put into effect,we prospose four suggestions for developing new drugs from Chinese materia medica in the future.
