摘要
在相同培养条件下用直径为4.5cm、7.0cm和9.5cm三种规格的玻璃皿分别培养平均蛋重为53.6±2.8g的鸡胚33个、33个和26个。比较鸡胚加权平均存活天数(分别为7.4天、11.1天和9.8天)、最长存活天数(分别为15天、19天和16天)和胚胎发育情况。结果玻璃皿直径为7.0cm组效果最佳。
To determine the influence of size of glass dish on the shell-less cultivation of chicken embryos,the glass dishes with the diameters of 4.5,7.0 and 9.5 cm were used to culture 33,33 and 26 chicken embryos respectively.The average egg weight is 53.6±2.8g .Differences in the mean survival time(7.4,11.1 and 9.8 days resp.), the maximum survival time (15,19 and 16 days resp.) and development level among the three groups of chicken embryos which were cultured in the glass dishes of 4.5,7.0 and 9.5 cm respectively were observed. It was suggested that the optimum size of glass dish in shell-less cultivation of chicken embryos was one with the diameter of 7.0 cm.
