石墨微粒对MgO-MgO·Al_2O_3-C浇注料性能的影响 被引量:4

摘要 为解决石墨的亲水性 ,通过添加抗氧化剂 ,采用造粒法制备了亲水性好的石墨微粒。用其制备MgO -MgO·Al2 O3-C浇注料 ,获得较满意的流动性 ,其常温和高温强度较好 ,且抗渣的侵蚀性和渗透性均十分理想。通过试验 ,可以找到适合钢包渣线使用的浇注料。 The graphite micro particles with high hydrophilic property were prepared by adding antioxidant and using granulating method.The MgO-MgO·Al 2O 3-C castables containing the graphite micro particle have satisfactory flowability,high cold and hot strength and ideal corrosion and penetration resistances.The castables containing the graphite particle suitable for ladle slagline can be prepared by experiment.
