以配料组成(w):≤3mm的高纯镁砂82%、≤3μm的Si02微粉6%、≤0.043mm的SiC微粉9%、≤0.045mm棕刚玉微粉3%、≤0.045mm的Al粉0.5%(外加)为基础配方,用炭黑替代部分镁砂粉研究了炭黑添加量(w)为0、0.2%、0.4%、0.6%时对镁质浇注料施工性能、力学性能及抗渣性能的影响。结果表明:在加水量一定的情况下,随着炭黑加入量的增加,浇注料的流动性能逐渐降低;干燥后试样的抗折强度和耐压强度均高于1500℃3h热处理试样的;不同气氛下烧结,浇注料的抗渣性呈现逐渐增强的趋势,在炭黑加入量为0.2%~0.4%(w)时,浇注料具有较好的常温物理性能及抗渣性。
The magnesia-based castable specimens were prepared using 82% (in mass,the same hereinafter) high purity magnesia ( ≤3 mm), 6% SiO2 micropowder ( ≤3 μm) ,9% SiC micropowder (≤0. 043 mm) ,3% brown corundum micropowder ( ≤0.045 mm) and 0.5% AI powder ( ≤0.045 mm,extra added). Using carbon black to partially replace magnesia powder,the influences of carbon black additions (0,0.2% ,0.4% and 0.6% ) on workability, mechanical property and slag resistance of magnesia-based castables were researched. The results show that.with a fixed water addition,as the carbon black addition increases,the flowability decreases gradually; the modulus of rupture and compressive strength of dried specimens are higher than those of the specimens fired at 1500℃ for 3 h;the slag resistance of the specimens fired under different atmospheres increases gradually,and the specimens with 0.2%-0.4% carbon black perform good cold physical properties and slag resistance.
