简易一期羟基磷灰石义眼座植入法

摘要 目的　介绍一种简单Ⅰ期羟基磷灰石义眼座植入手术方法。方法　 6 2例眼内容物剜出术后 ,从颞上方外直肌与内直肌之间将义眼座植入肌锥腔 ,双层重叠巩膜壳平铺于义眼座上 ,分层缝合巩膜、筋膜、结膜 ,术后加压包扎 3d。结果　随访 6～ 36个月 ,除 1例患者打桩 3年后出现感染 ,结膜 ,巩膜坏死 ,义眼座暴露外 ,其余 6 1例眼窝饱满 ,无塌陷 ,义眼活动度良好。结论　该手术方法简单 ,易行 。
