摘要 目的 为研究皮肤疾病和损伤提供皮神经构筑资料。方法 用S 10 0蛋白免疫组化染色法研究正常成人颈前部胸锁乳突肌前、后缘皮肤各层内皮神经的数量、分布及构筑特点。结果  ( 1)皮肤乳头层内皮神经的小分支多分布在皮突下和乳头内血管丛附近。 ( 2 )真皮网状层内神经多位于小血管附近和汗腺、皮脂腺以及毛囊周围 ,神经分支呈串珠状或波纹形。 ( 3 )皮下组织内神经干和神经网同时存在。结论 皮肤内感觉神经树的分布及构筑特点与血管树相似。 Objective The result will provide the architecture date of the cutaneous nerve for further study of some cutaneous disease and skin injuries. Methods The numbers of the cutaneous nerve in adult human anterior cervical skin and the characteristics of their architecture and morphology were studied by means of S-100 protein immunohistochemical staining.Results (1) The small baranches of the cutaneous nerve were beneath the epidermic projecting and nearby the small blood vascular plxus of the papillary layer. (2)The cutaneous nerves were found to be distributed in nearby the small blood Vessls and around the sweat glands, sebaceous glands and folliculus in the dermal reticular. These small branches of the cutaneous nerve appeared like string of beads or in ripple shape.(3) At the same time,many nere trunks and network were observed in the cutaneous tissue layer.Conclusion The character of architecture and mophologh were similar to cutaneous sensory nerve tree and vessel tree.
