摘要
用细胞化学发光技术检测27例冠心病患者和35例健康人外周血中性粒细胞和淋巴细胞产生活性氧自由基的变化,表明冠心病患者中性粒细胞产生氧自由基明显增加,尤以急性心肌梗塞(AMI)患者显著。
The changes of oxygen free radicals (OR) produced by lymphocyte and polymorphonuclear leucocyte (PMN) in 27 cases of coronary heart disease (CHD) including 12 cases of acute myocardial infarction (AMI) and 15 cases of unstable angina (CA), and 35 normal subjects had been investigated by cellular chemiluminescence (CL) technique. The results showed that, compared with normals, there was no significant change of lymphocyte chemiluminescence but the background and CL-pesk of PMN were obviously increased in CHD group; the peak value of PMN-CL in AMI group was obviously higher than that in CA group and this might be due to pre-activation of PMN in CHD.OR produced by PMN may play an important role in CHD;and there are some relationship between the level of OR produced by PMN and degree of cardiomyopathy in CHD. The measurement of PMN-CL, especially the background and CL-peak may be used for studying, monitoring and judging the prognosis of CHD.
