摘要
组织学习观点认为,企业对新技术的吸收能力很大程度上取决于原有相关知识。本文根据组织学习观点对影响电子商务开展程度的因素进行了分析并做出有关假设。利用在制造企业中收集的数据对假设进行了经验检验,结果表明,企业开展电子商务的程度可以由企业信息化水平和对电子商务的投资所决定,而对电子商务的投资又由管理层的态度与企业规模所决定。并且,企业信息化水平对企业开展电子商务程度的影响,要大于投资的影响;管理层的态度对投资的影响,要大于企业规模对投资的影响。
It is suggested by organizational learning that the firms absorptive capacity of new technologies considerably depends on the prior relative knowledge.This paper analyses the factors that influence the adoption of Ecommerce according to organizational learning view and proposed some hypotheses.We test these hypotheses using data collected from manufacturing firms.The results suggest that the adoption of Ecommerce depends on the level of application of IT and investment,and the influence by the level of application of IT is stronger than investment.And the investment to EC depends on the attitude of top management and the size of the firm,and the influence by the attitude of top management is larger than the size of the firm.
