摘要
基于国内外关于组织学习能力的理论,运用实证研究方法对纺织企业组织学习能力的4个维度与企业绩效因子进行了分析,结果显示纺织企业组织学习能力与企业绩效间有着显著的作用关系。
Based on organizational learning capability theories, in this paper are analyzed 4 dimentions of organizational learning capability and enterprise performance factors in the relationship between organizational learning capability and enterprise performance in textile enterprises. The result shows that organizational learning capability has positive impact on enterprise performance.
