摘要
应用战略管理理论和分析方法,结合云南实际,探讨高职高专院校在制定和实施学校发展战略中应注意的几个问题。认为通过适度控制生源质量,建立和完善内部人事管理、学分制和财务管理三个制度,激发管理、教与学三方面的动力,全面提高教学质量、学习质量和管理质量,树立学校的质量品牌,是实现云南高职高专院校长期效益最大化的有效途径。
Several problems need attention in the making and implementing the development strategy in higher vocational colleges in Yunnan are explored, using strategic management theories and analytic methods. To stimulate the motivation of managing, teaching and learning, improve overall qualities of them and establish a college's quality brand through three systems internal personnel management system, the credit system and financial management system and by a moderate control of the recruits' quality are effective ways to achieve maximum long-term benefits in higher vocational colleges in Yunnan.
