泌乳奶牛血清瘦蛋白、血糖和血酮的浓度及其相关性 被引量:2

Concentration and Correlation of Serum Leptin, Glucose and Ketone in Lactating Cows

摘要 对随机选取黑白花泌乳牛的泌乳量、泌乳期、血糖、血酮、血清leptin等指标进行统计分析。结果显示:血清leptin、血糖、酮体等指标水平处于正常的范围,5项指标彼此之间的相关性不明显。但是,乳酮阳性组奶牛与阴性的比较,泌乳量降低,血清酮体升高,血糖水平降低,血清leptin水平略高,除血清leptin外,其余差异都显著(P<0.05)。 Some quotas of white-black dairy cattle were chosen randomly such as milk yield, lactating milk phases, blood glucose and ketone in blood, and serum leptin were carried on the statistical analysis. Results showed that: serum concentration of leptin, glucose, and ketone was in normal ranges. There was no significant correlation among all 5 quotas in dairy cows, but compared with negative milk ketone groups, there was lower milk yield and blood sugar, higher serum ketone, and slightly higher serum leptin in positive group, all significant difference except serum leptin.
