魔芋精粉和左旋肉碱对肥胖人膳食干预的效果 被引量:18

摘要 目的观察魔芋精粉和左旋肉碱对肥胖人膳食干预效果。方法用自身对照法对某社区31名肥胖者进行5周膳食干预。受试者保持原有饮食、生活习惯,每日服复方魔芋片3片(每片含魔芋精粉0.75g、左旋肉碱0.3g)。在干预前和干预将结束时进行3d膳食调查。结果5周膳食干预后,受试者体重、体质指数、体内脂肪量和腰围分别较干预前降低4.1%、4.0%、8.0%和3.2%(P<0.01),皮褶厚度也明显下降(P<0.05),腹围和臀围有下降趋势。结论以魔芋精粉和左旋肉碱共同作为膳食补充,是肥胖者方便可行、宜长期采用的营养干预方案。 Objective To observe the effects of dietary intervention of konjac and L-carnitine on obese people. Methods Thirty-one obese people in a block took 3 tablets of compound konjac(each tablet containing 0.75g of konjac, 0.30g of L-carnitine )daily for 5 weeks. The ordinary dietary and living habit of the subjects did not change .Dietary survey for 3 days was performed before intervention and at the end of intervention.Results After five week dietary intervention,the body weight,body mass index,fat in body, waist circumference of the subjects decreased by 4.1%,4.0%,8.0%,and 3.2%respectively(P<0.01).Skinfold thickness also reduced remarkably (P<0.05), and belly-circumference,buttocks-circumference had the tendency to decrease. Conclusion Dietary supplement of konjac combined with L-carnitine is a feasible and convenient dietary intervention plan for the obese people.
