摘要
信息技术的迅速发展,将引起企业生产经营运作方式的变化。在过去的时间里。管理信息系统、互联网等的实施收效不尽人意。本文根据作者多年科研工作实践,对企业信息化进行了研究,分析了信息资源管理在企业中的重要性。在分析了信息社会中信息化与企业生产经营及其管理决策之间关系的基础上,提出了以企业战略为基础的企业信息化框架结构,并分析了各部分在企业信息化中的作用以及之间的信息关联,最后分析了影响企业信息化的几个重要问题。
The rapid development of In formation technology will bring the great changes on the mode of production and management for enterprises. Management Information Systems and Internet are not satisfied in the past time. Based on the practice experiment of development MIS, the paper studies on the enterprise Informationlization, analyzes the importance of information resource management, the relation between informationlization and enterprise's production and management. So the paper proposes an frame for enterprise Imfomationlization which is taking enterprise' strategy as bases and analyzes the information relations among the subsystems of the proposed frame. At the end, the paper analyzes several other problems which is crucial to the enterprise Informationlization.
