摘要
阐述了如何运用TAPI和SAPI进行语音电话系统的开发;利用这种方式可以开发出适合需要的小型系统,并在实时监控中得到了较好的应用,可以在故障发生的第一时间通知维护人员。
How to apply TTS and TAPI to develop a Sound Telephone System is described. The system function and design object are detailed. A telephone application program is designed for this system. This system is well applied in the real-time monitoring process.
