摘要
语音报警功能是高炉自动化控制系统中一个重要组成部分,用于高炉设备故障时,通过计算机声卡实现故障信息的语音播报功能,提高操作人员对报警信息的识别度。随着冶金行业自动化程度的日益提高及文语转换(Text To Speech,TTS)技术的不断成熟,利用Python语音丰富的标准库将COM、OPC及TTS技术进行整合,实现了语音报警功能,为高炉控制系统语音报警提供了一种全新的实现思路。
Voice alarm function is an important part of blast furnace automation control system,which is used to realize the voice broadcast function of fault information by computer sound card when the blast furnace's equipment turn to fail mode,this will improve the recognition degree of alarm information for operators.With the increasing degree of automation in metallurgical industry and the constant maturity of TTS(Text To Speech)technology,COM,OPC and TTS technologies are integrated by using Python's rich standard library,the realization of voice alarm,which provides a brand-new realization idea for the voice alarm used for blast furnace control system.
