摘要
详细分析了全旁承支重转向架的结构,建立了能够精确模拟干摩擦副的非线性仿真数学模型和相应的整车计算软件。针对SW 160型提速客车转向架,分析了转向架回转阻力矩和旁承摩擦阻力矩对动力学性能的影响,并进行了现车状态下的试验研究,提出了合理的改进方案,为进一步优化同类型提速客车指出了改进方向。
A detailed analysis has been carried out on the structure of the bogies with full-load side bearings. Based on a developed efficient model of non-linear friction pairs and relevant simulation software for vehicle dynamics, an analysis is made on the influences of the friction torque of the yaw movement on the vehicle dynamic behavior with the parameters of the SW-160 speed-up passenger vehicle. In order to validate the theoretical results, a field test is carried out. A proposal is given for the improvement of the dynamic behavior of similar speed-up vehicles.
