摘要
针对SW—160型客车转向架运用中横向动力学性能的现状,通过动力学计算分析提出了转向架悬挂参数的优化方案,并对采用新型小横向刚度空气弹簧的改造方案进行了室内现车动力学试验研究。试验结果表明,横向刚度与横向阻尼的适当匹配可以有效提高转向架的横向动力学性能。
In view of the present conditions of the lateral dynamics performance of the SW-160 type passenger car bogies in operation, via the dynamics calculation analysis, the optimized scheme of the bogie suspension parameters is put forward, the dynamics test and research on the basis of actual cars indoors are made on the reform scheme of the new type air spring with small lateral rigidity. The test result shows that the appropriate matching of the lateral rigidity and lateral damping can improve the lateral dynamics performance of bogies effectively.
