牙钻手机消毒液速灭安由新洁尔灭、醇醚类和缓蚀剂组成。实验室试验表明,50℃药液作用2分钟可破坏HBsAg,60℃药液作用6分钟可杀灭蜡状杆菌芽胞99.9%以上。药液稳定性好,腐蚀性低,毒性小,可安全用于手机消毒。
In order to improve the clinical disinfection of high speed turbine dental handpiece and to prevent nosocomial infection, the method of disinfection with heated Sumie'an solution was developed. The disinfectant Sumie'an solution contains 0.5% bromogeramine, synergist and anticorrosive agent. It was indicated in laboratory experiment that over 99.9% of spores of Bacillus cereus could be killed after exposure to 60℃ Sumie'an solution for 6min. HBsAg could be destroyed completely after exposure to 50℃ Sumie'an solution for 2min. The heated disinfectant has minimal corrosive effect on metals. Its damaging effect on the handpiece was similar to that of 75% ethanol and a rotating rate of 136,000 rpm could be maintained after disinfection for 600 times. The oral LD_(50) of Sumie'an in mice is 4308mg/kg. It has mild cumulative toxicity, but does not irritate skin and mucous membrane.
