便携式灭菌器盛装８５℃以上热水，可将器内药液罐中消毒液加热至７０℃以上，并维持３０～６０分钟。用主要成分为０．５％新洁尔灭的速灭安作消毒液，以其７０℃溶液作用５分钟，可将铝片上细菌芽胞全部杀灭，使ＨＢｓＡｇ转阴；以其８５℃溶液作用３０分钟，可使小型医疗器械达到灭菌。
The portable sterilizer is a cylindrical incubator with a diameter of 160 mm and a depth of 220 mm and has disinfectant jars of different lengths and holders inside it. When it is used, Sumie'an Solution (containing 0.5% bromogeramine, alcohol ether compounds and anticorrosive) is filled into the disinfectant jars and the small medical instruments to be sterilized are immersed in the Sumie'an Solution, followed by adding hot water to the incubator to raise the temperature of Sumie'an Solution to higher than 70℃. It was found that adding 85℃ or 95℃ hot water could raise the temperature of Sumie'an Solution to higher than 70℃ and 85℃ which were maintained for 30 min and 60 min. 70℃ Sumie'an Solution with a 5 min contact time could kill completely the bacterial spores on aluminum carrier and destroy HBsAg antigenicity. 85℃ Sumie'an Solution with a 30 min contact time could sterilize small medical instrument such as blade, forceps, scissors, acupuncture needle, etc..
