摘要
采用层次分析法确定评价因素的权重,使评价因素逻辑判断定量化;通过构造隶属函数的方法,确定单因素评判矩阵,使定性因素数量化,解决了消毒质量考评中,指标性不一,难于比较的问题。
Appraisal of the quality of disinfection work has important significance for promoting the improvement of hospital disinfection work. There are many disinfection items in hospital, but only single item was used for evaluation of the disinfection quality in the past, which could not reflect the real state of disinfection work. In the present work, the results of two-year monitoring of 5 indices of disinfection work including rate of eligible autoclaving, bacterial contents of air in operating room and delivery room, HBsAg positive rate of sterilized medical instruments, eligible rate of disinfectant solution with bacterial content lower than permissible limit, and rate of eligible radiation intensity of ultraviolet lamp in 6 hospitals were evaluated quantitatively according to the principles of fuzzy mathematics to solve the problem of nonuniformity in the index used.
