摘要
p16基因又称肿瘤抑制基因(MTS1),是近年来发现的一个重要的抑癌基因,在细胞周期中发挥重要的调节作用.现对p16基因的结构、p16蛋白的作用途径以及该基因突变与原发性肝细胞癌的关系进行综述.
The gene, p16 MTS1 which encoding the cyclin dependent kinase inhibitor is an important tumor suppressor gene that inactivated during the development of many types of cancers. P16 plays an important role in cell cycle control. The structure of p16 gene, the biological effects of p16 protein (cyclin dependent kinase inhibitor) and the role of p16 mutation in the tumorigengesis of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) are summarized.
